In the affiliate program you recommend Stenowise with your own voucher code.

How it works

  1. You apply with the form on this page.
  2. We review your channel and send you the decision by email.
  3. Once approved, you receive your voucher code and access to the partner page.
  4. Before the first payout, you send us your bank details and tax details there.

Commission and payout

For every payment from an account with your voucher code, you receive 25% of the net amount, which is the amount without VAT. This applies to monthly and yearly subscriptions for twelve months from the first payment. The first payment must come in within twelve months of the account being created.

Each commission becomes due 30 days after the payment. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission for it lapses, in part for a partial refund. If it was already on a self-billed invoice, we offset it against later commissions.

Every month you receive a self-billed invoice for the commission of the month before. It is paid out once the holding period of every commission on it is over and €50 is due in total. Smaller amounts carry over to the next month. The money comes by SEPA bank transfer. On request we pay by PayPal, minus the PayPal fee.

On the partner page you see your code, the number of accounts with your code, how many of them pay and your commissions. You do not see the names or email addresses of the people you referred.

For referred users

Anyone who enters your voucher code when creating their account gets 50% off the first payment, on a monthly or a yearly subscription. The code can also be added in the app within the first 30 days after the account was created. The discount applies if the code is on the account before the first payment.

An account only counts for you if your voucher code is on it.

Who can take part

You need a public channel with its own audience and a connection to office work, productivity, software, technology or AI. That can be a YouTube channel, a blog, a newsletter or a podcast.

Only businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB can take part, including small businesses exempt from VAT. We review every application by hand.

Not allowed

  • Creating accounts for yourself, your team or your company with your code
  • Publishing the code on voucher and deal sites
  • Running ads on the name Stenowise or similar spellings such as Stenoise, Stenoweis and Stenowize
  • Using the name Stenowise in domains, channel names or profile names
  • Running paid ads with your code without our written approval
  • Sending bulk email and spam
  • Publishing posts that are not labelled as advertising
  • Making statements about data processing that are not on this website

If you seriously break these rules, we block the code and end the partnership. Open commissions then lapse.
