For companies
Speech recognition runs in the EU, and Stenowise does not store recordings. The data processing agreement and the list of sub-processors are on the DPA page. Payment is by credit card. A team can use a shared dictionary with Stenowise Pro. For other requirements, write to us at enterprise@stenowise.com.
Pricing questions
Does recognition on my computer count against the weekly limit?
Yes. Stenowise counts the words it delivers, no matter where recognition ran.
What happens after cancellation?
Stenowise Pro runs until the end of the notice period, and we refund any part already paid for. After that, Stenowise Free applies. Dictionary, history and account are kept.
What happens if a payment fails?
We send you an email. You update the payment method on the subscription page, then we retry the charge. Without a successful payment, your account switches to the Free plan.
